Well to me sounds kinda like a subtle way to try to get a new high profile customer. Wouldn't he just love to have Shannen wearing his clothes, and get himself some great publicity. Smart but also a big mistake... I seriously doubt Shannen will wear something just because someone said she should. That's something we like about Shannen, she thinks and decides for herself and as long as she feels good about something i don't think she should nor will change.
Another mistake he made was by saying "high heels and a beautiful smile aren’t enough". I mean he's obviously confusing Shannen with some other actress that needs a $10,000+ dress and $100,000+ in jewelry to look half "pretty".
Her smile alone is enough to make her shine brighter than anyone else and than any jewel. Add her amazing eyes and her incredible body into the equation and we have a unique beauty with no match in the world.
If she wears dresses above the knees it's because she likes it and honestly i don't see why she wouldn't, her legs are simply divine, the finest there are in my opinion.
I'd say Shannen's beauty is an undeniable fact, regardless of what she wears she will always look perfect. And the perfect outfit for her is whatever she decides to wear as long as she likes it, and personally i really think she has a very good taste.
So no matter how much he knows about fashion, i totally disagree that a dress will "increase the value of her beauty" as in my opinion her beauty is already priceless.

A long dress prob looks great on her. And it's good that Valentino says HIS opignon. But Shannen wears what she wants to wear. And it can look nice on her but she also has to love what she is wearing. And I think that it will be more beautifull if she wears her kind of stuff what she has chosen by herself, then when she wears something that smbd has told she has to wear cause she looks beautifull in it. That's my opignon.
