Hey guys,
I managed to track the movie down and Shannen is not in it. It is another girl with a similar name, Shannon Dougherty. I watched the entire movie and she is nowhere to be seen, even at the party in the background.
This movie was very low budget and the actors were bad. This isn't something Shannen would do in 1991 when she was on the biggest show ever, Beverly Hills, 90210.
I will be removing this title from the filmography.
