Shannens great weekend

Shannen Doherty vacationed on the East End this weekend. And by vacationed, we mean she hit up every hotspot from Hampton Bays to Montauk to squeeze as much fun into her weekend getaway as possible. Doherty arrived by helicopter early Saturday morning from NYC. Accompanied by hunky beau Kurt Iswarienko, Shannen met with friends in Hampton Bays where they lunched at Tully's Lobster Co. After enjoying some beach time, Shannen and Kurt were off to the Montauk Yacht Club for Hamptons Magazine's annual Clambake. There she caught up with good friend, and Niche Media founder, Jason Binn. Next it was off to Georgica Restaurant & Lounge where co-executive chef Robert Hesse was being feted for his return to Season Six of Hell's Kitchen. Hesse, who is usually the one receiving the compliments during dinner, made his way from the kitchen, with co-executive chef Seth Levine, to come out and personally greet Doherty and her guests. Shannen raved about the food and told Chef Hesse she has no doubt that he's going to win this season!

Next it was off to AXE Lounge in Southampton. Shannen told us she was “exhausted” from her whirlwind trip to the Hamptons, but had to check out the club and meet up with old friends. Once inside, Shannen found her second wind long enough to do a little dancing, to the sounds of DJ Jesse Marco, and nurse a Svedka & Soda as she graciously posed for pics with fans and joked about her “beach hair.” Even once she and Kurt decided to call it a night, Shannen still made time on the way out for the number of fans that just couldn't resist having their picture taken with “Brenda Walsh.” We hope Shannen finally found her way to that “comfy bed” she was looking forward to!
