Former 90210/Charmed star is supposedly in the process of recording a ska/punk record, which she claims to be 'an innovative sound, which is also reminiscent to the 'old' Gwen Stefani.'

'I've always loved singing since I was a little girl, I just never had the opportunity to actully make a record, because I was more into establishing myself as an actress back then. Now that I've done that, I feel comfortable enough to record, and establish myself as a great singer.'

I think there was an article in TV Guide about Shannen possibly going in the recording studio awhile back.

She does sing well, I see her as being mostly an actress tho

I think I remember seeing Shannen sing on a movie. But I didn't know it was actually her voice. That's pretty cool, I hope it goes well for her.

I am pretty sure it's her voice..she has a very good voice, too.

The movie in which she sings is called Friends Til The End, and it also stars Jennifer Blanc and Jason London.
