She looks great and her man is totally spunky! I LOVE the casual, messy hair look on guys; it's adorable. And guys who dress all in smart black clothes... Yummy. 
If he looks shy, I wouldn't blame him - the paps are scary people and I'm sure having them up close and yelling for pics can be pretty daunting. 
They both seem happy, perhaps this will be 'the one' for Shannen. I hope so!
