Suddenly, the gadget bleeped and flashed. I closed my eyes, and the next second I opened them and was standing beside Julian McMahon!

That belongs to me!' 'What is it?' I enquired. 'It is an emotion-amplifier from outer-space. If you turn it on, our emotions will be amplified.'

With curiosity I turned it on. Suddenly Julian grabbed me and took me out of the swimming pool...
