Guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I am on track now, eating healthy and dancing a lot for exercise! I've been eating healthy for several years now, but occasionally I do allow myself junk food because I could never live with my beloved COOKIES and CHEESECAKE! A girl's two worst enemies! LOL! Anyway, so no more starving myself because I get too weak and I can't make it through my extreme dance classes! We work our butts off in there, literally! LOL~ For anyone here who is a dancer, you know how hard it is! Okay so I am okay now and I accept my body because it is what God gave me and things could be a lot worse, atleast I am healthy and have all of my limbs and can walk! That in itself is a blessing that many people take advantage of!
So just letting you know what was going on! I am better now! I have decided that if I want to, not necessarly lose weight but, tone up then I will do it the healthy way and up my strength training!
