hi everyone

this is the first time i have posted here in 3 wks, i am just back from my holiday tour in california. i saw so many things such as Grand Canyon, Yosemitte, LA, Hollywood, San Diego, Sierra Nevda, Las Vegas, San Francsico. we even went to a ghost town too!

i am just sad it's over, i have good memories though

back to work tomorrow though

^ amazing. it was a lovely posh city u would want 2 live there. i liked san francisco too. i wasnt impressed by LA, not what i am used too!

Haha I know, I do want to live there. What's wrong with LA? Not the place I'd choose to live, to be honest, doesn't really thrill me.

Wow Sarah - Lucy you have been a few places whilst you were in the USA.

I know the buildings are massive in LA from what I have seen. Downtown LA anyway from what I remember.

I don't think in the city near me the buildings go that high.

I loved Sanfransico though and going around the great places it has.

^California is full of Mexicans and american hispanics and black americans. it was strange for me, i hadnt seen them b4!. they were probably looking at me too as i was so fair skinned LOL.

grand canyon and yosemite were amazing. i prefered yosemite as you were kinda shaded with the trees unlike the grand canyon.

We were thinking of going to the Grand Cayon when me and family was there. Meaning my mum and dad if I didn't cause any confusions.

We were going to tour it in a helecopter, but we never got the chance as we were busy visting the places around LA.

My family are thinking of going back one year and staying in Santa Monica and visting the places we didn't get around before.

Sarah. Any big city can be scary at first once you visit. Have to admit when I visited LA in '01 I was so shocked not to see so many caucasian americans.....even in Hollywood.
