This place came highly recommended. May be a lot of other folks from the event there, too. Seems that the Whovians adopted it some time ago. Kinda doubles as a historical site. George Orwell used to hang there.

Sorry I couldn't get a line on any Italian places. Figures this lot would all chime in with pubs.

You should be able to enter any of those at age 17 and up. Don't know about younger.
