Gap Year Work

Listen, I'm thinking about getting into some kind of work within Europe (Preferably Spain) for the next year, or a good chunk of it anyway. So, I was wondering if any of you guys have had a similar experience, or if you know of some information I could get, or websites I could visit? It's really important to me, and something that I'd like to do as soon as possible so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated?
