I'm happy!!!!!!

Just thought i'd share my news with you all. You may not know that i've been dieting, but for the last three months i've been being very strict with myself, and this morning i managed to get into my size EIGHTEEN trousers....thats THREE dress sizes i'm down....yayyyyyyy....i'm so chuffed as are my kids. I'm gonna need a load of new clothes before i start college in september if i keep this up. Think i may increase the amount of walking i've been doing to 30 miles a week instead of just 20...

yea i have three healthy meals a day...no chocolate or chips of other fatty foods....and i've lost two stone and three dress sizes. I'm so pleased with myself. thanks for the words of congrats guys.
