Like littlemissbad said talk to your mum.
The job scene is really bad right now so many people unemployed looking for work etc.
Your mum may be stressed to though and not realise that she is yelling at you.
Also maybe she dosnt want you to be on the comp all day?
Cleaning is hard work but in Japan its classed as an honour to clean something dirty

I'd suggest talking to your mum as an intent of a wake up call, but unfortunately, I don't think it's going to help. Obviously you've been trying to please her and talk to her in various ways and it didn't seem to work. The only solution would be for her to realise her behaviour and want to change herself, I'm afraid you can't change her :/. I'm sorry, I know it sounds rather pessimistic but I've just seen it happen many times before.
