you probably only remember the weird ones because they have more of an impression. i've heard that if you tell yourself before you fall asleep that you'll remember all of your dreams when you wake up (sometimes this works.)

I had a dream last night, funnily enough, it was work related, must have been a nightmare. lol.

Oh, I've never had a dream with Alyssa , but I've a lot of with Shannen. Usually, I was in USA and there I met her.. in usual place.. like shop or park (she was walking with her dog and I with mine ). We began to talk about everything, like we've known since long time.. I dreamt about 'Charmed' too, but always there was Piper and Prue, sometimes Andy or Cole, but I've never dreamt about Phoebe (I don't know why, I like her, surely)
