No but the same thing is x the smoke ..smoke or drunk dosen't make you adult ...but i think there are also teen's with brain so if they drunk dosen't drive or wait to be ok before drive.On my coutry every year there are also crash's of many teens go to the disco and after ...do crash...but now things are little bit change ::At the end we must choice with own head Human's are complicated some drunk beacuse is sad,someone because is gone to a party put the age to 21 or up dosen't make sure who someone after the work dosen't take a bottle of whisky and after had drunk start to drive on highway ....

There must be something that the goverment decide to make that law . Maybe they had a polls or something and they decided for 21 age .
I'm not sure but I think 21 is for smoking too . I mean the stores don't give cigars to unedr age 21.

Maybe put down the speed limit ..or put more control on the highway with more cops.The smoke is also to 21 i never know that

I think it's 18 and for driving it's 16 but they can't have under ages or under 21 in their car .
