Well - I just got a idea. Maybe the new members could set a picture in of them self. Then they are much easyer to regonize.
Here is one of me.

nice picture, that would be a nice idea, but I think probably alot of new members would be weird about putting their pics. up I know I was till I got use to it, and even then I was still a little weird about it
