I wasnt able to eat my trix yogurt this morning because I had to get out of the house fast since I was running late.

I ate a rice kripsys treat in the morning. I am eatting starburst for lunch. I had a power aide this morning. Today I went off the diet because of I was rushing to school. So either today will I continue as a break from the diet and continue tomorrow or just continue the diet when I get home.

Today I ate a trix yogurt for breakfast and when I got home from school. On the way to school I got vanilla ice cream in a cone and on the way home from school I got vanilla ice cream in a cone.
