I have a problemm...I'm spanish and my english is bad: What computer programs need to do avatars in movement? And since do they pass in order that they are URL?Can someone help me?

I use Ulead animator 5 and corel R.A.V.E and for editing pictures (for writing text or things like that) I use Corel Photopaint .

To upload the pictures in the internet you can sign up for www.photobucket.com . it's a very great and easy and it's free . it will give you the URL of the pictures too .

If you want banners and avatars I'll be happy to make you .
