Sudden launch - setting up a board - help!!

I have signed up to sudden launch because I want to create a message board (in memory of Kim Walker), and I dont really understand the sign-in process. I think I have not filled in the details correctly.

What do they mean by 'Web site name' and 'Web site URL'? What web site are they talking about? Do they mean the one I want to create? Or do they mean the web site I have as my home page?

Also, I filled in the details, and they have said that they have sent me an email with my randomly generated password. However, no password has arrived, even though I know my email address is correct. Also, it definitely isnt in my 'Junk' folder

Can anyone help me out? I'd be very greatful!!
