what does send a postcard mean?

when i log on sometimes @ www.shannen-doherty.net i see there is a option to send a postcard but it asks you for a card number ID, what is this + how do i get it?

i figured it out, you just have to click the link above it, it says 'send a postcard' and below that it asks for a card id you just click the yellow link, they're really cool Image
