Okay I have tried everything to make them work but they don´t. The adresses are correct so I don´t understand why they aren´t working. Can someone help me, please?

I right clicked on internet explorer and then went to properties...and then I din´t get much futher because I coulden´t
Do you have any other suggestions, because I am open to ideas
