Two years ago, I didn't manage to sleep a whole night too. In fact, I slept most of time from 3:30 am to 6:30 am. I was really tired at school and sometimes I slept at college !

To help me I drank an herb tea every night to help me to sleep well. At the beginning, it didn't work as I expected but finally, several days after I began, it has worked.
You can use a bouillote too. I know that for me, the heat helped me to sleep and rest
I put it on my back.
