I would like to know what programs everyone who makes screen captures what program do you use because the one I use isnt that good? I want to make screen captures good quality but I need to know some names of the programs that everyone uses? PLEASE HELP ME OUT?

I am using BSplayer. I try searching on www.download.com for different screen capture programs but they aren't really any ones I can find from the description they have that take screen captures from videos. It seems like all the description things take screen captures for someone make a video!!!

I am using it for show charmed and other video things I have on my computer but it isnt working right it is really bad one!!!
