Does someone can tell me where i can find a copy of this codec to install for windows media player ? I had serched on the net but there are only corrupted files

I have Power dvd too ...i have the follow problem...
I have some music videos on HG quality i can see they without problem when i'm online (even i get a messagge on WMP who says error download codec) but and this is the strange when i'm not on the net if i want see those video's suddley came the mask for the connection to the net if don't connect to the net ...i can see the videos without problem ......however the play do this always.....i don't understand where is the the problem if can see and listen the video why i get always this error message and the mask came ..?

No i belive to have 9 anyway i haven't try to use Power Dvd yet i'll try today Thank's
