SYNOPSIS: Celeste (Shannen Doherty, TV’s "Scare Tactics," "Charmed," Beverly Hills, 90210") seems to have it all…a successful career, a handsome boyfriend and a luxurious new apartment with a breathtaking view of the city. But Celeste's dream life is about to become a nightmare as she finds herself the target of a menacing voyeur.

A series of anonymous packages and threatening phone calls begin to terrify Celeste. When she discovers mysterious lingerie in her bed, chills run up her spine as she realizes that the voyeur has escalated his twisted game and invaded her apartment. Security tapes reveal nothing and the police are unable to help without solid evidence, so Celeste decides to take the investigation into her own hands.

The evidence begins to point toward David Jacobson (Charles Powell, Requiem for Murder), a handsome but unfriendly bar owner whose apartment in the building across the street has a direct view into Celeste’s apartment. Reaching out to her neighbor Derrek (Sean Tucker, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind), who works as a security guard in Jacobson's building, Celeste buys a telescope and with the help of her uninhibited friend Tasha (Jayne Heitmeyer, TV’s "Earth: Final Conflict"), finds the proof she needs to return to the police. But when they confront Jacobson, he vehemently denies having any knowledge of the crime and the police are once again helpless.

Driven beyond her breaking point, Celeste vows to catch the culprit at his own game. But the the stalker is closer than she realizes. As danger and suspense build, Celeste discovers the identity of this threatening menace, but can she escape his grasp?
