Might not have had Shay in it, seeing your mum only thought she saw Shay, maybe it was Holly?
Wasn't Holly in a movie like this, Swearing Allegience, it was, she was with this guy who killed some girl...

That sounds an awful lot like a Tori Spelling Lifetime movie I was watching the other day. Only her sister's boyfriend and his friend break in the house and Tori Spelling gets thrown down the stairs and has amnesia or something. I also watched a Kellie Martin movie that was kind of like that. So there's a lot of movies like that, lol. You might have to be a little bit more specific.

It might be Satan's School for Girls only her sister wasn't murdered, she committed suicide.
