I saw most of it. I didn't really see the beginning I started watching it when Shannen was looking for her daughter. It very sad but she gets the baby and her son back though. I don't think they found who the killer was.

I own it, it is such a great movie! Well i actually own just about all of her movies. Everytime she cryed it was so convincing that it made me cry!

I can watch this movie like five times a day, and not get bored, it's so good.

I really liked this movie, it's just sad that it's based on a true story.

Shannen's acting in this movie is/was just so realistic. I kept having to reach for a tissue.

I liked this movie because it showed the reailities of life, and that unfortunately the worst things in life could happen to you weather you believe it or not.

Absolutely her best film. Even those people I know who are not fans (and I scold them regularly) agree that Shannen gave an amazing performance here. Very sad movie which proves, in the final analysis, that no other actor could have produced a more effective performance with such an emotional effect than the real SD

i bought the film the other day i watched it on the night and it was sooo good shannen was excelent in it and i cried so much all the way through just as shannenfan said b4 i could watch it 5 times a day and not get bored.......although by the end of the day my eyes would b so soar and my face would b all red from cryin lol but anway amazing film

i loved this movie it made me cry. It was so sad to see the parent acussed of thier daughters murder when they did not do it.

i no. it was so unfair to see them go to jail for somethink they never done, and if only the cops had done what ever they were supose to do with the window
