The second season of "90210" will kick the party off on Tuesday, September 8 at 8 p.m., followed by the premiere of "Melrose Place" at 9.

The two-hour opener of "America's Next Top Model" is slated for Wednesday, September 9. "The Beautiful Life" will take its 9 p.m. Wednesday slot the following week.

On Thursday, September 10, we'll get our first taste of the new Thursday lineup, with "Vampire Diaries" at 8 and "Supernatural" at 9.

On Monday, September 14, "Gossip Girl" and "One Tree Hill" will bow, but they're swapping time slots, with "OTH" at 8 and "GG" at 9.

"Smallville" will not premiere until Friday, September 25.

Thanks DP for posting! Wonder how Melrose will do compared to 90210. Anyone else think that because of the low opinion 90210 has at the minute, it's going to rub off on Melrose? 90210 is nominated for a lot of internet awards at the minute and most of them are under the category of worst show, worst actress (Grimes)... it's got a lot to prove in season two

I cant wait for Melrose Place remake. Loved the original but I am not sure how the remake will turn out without Heather Locklear.

90210 is going to be great with Dylan, Brenda and Kelly back.

I'm not sure the thing is, 90210 is still a very appealing show to the younger crowd and a lot of the 'critics' nominating the show for these awards are merely comparing it to the original which was also made in a different time so either way, you'll have a very contrasted opinion on the show.

I enjoy the new 90210 a lot more now than at the start. There are a lot of good storylines and I like some of the characters (Aide, Silver and Naomi).

I look forward to the new MP, too, but no Heather Locklear = no MP! Oh well.

The fact that Ashlee Simpson will be starring is a total turn-off for me. She's just a horrible actress and artist IMO.

Is this date just for america viewing...or will it be shown here in the uk on that date too??
