Does anyone know or remember which episode it is where the girls used Prue's name in a spell? It was after Prue died and they said "Prudence" instead of Prue. I'm guessing it's from season 4 but I could be wrong.

It's the spell to vanquish the Source, it was said in Charmed and Dangerous and then again in Long Live The Queen.

They says "Prudence, Patricia, Penelope...." which is Prue, Patty and Grams

This is not the one you ment, but in the episode where Prue wanna save her ex-boyfriend from I think High School and where they then are fighting in the ring in the underworld (season3) Phoebe says a spell to open the door to the underworld:

"....to restore Prue´s peace of mind!" This is the end of the spell!
