Hey everyone. It's been a while since I've visited the site. I've been so busy I haven't even had time to go online.
Just something I want to share: I joined the drama club at my school. We're putting on a production of Footloose this year. Auditions are next wednesday and thursday and I'm psyched. I've wanted to join for a few years now and I especially want to act on stage. Even if I don't get a part I'll be a part of the production, which will be cool as well.
I read Shannen's post about girls being too self-conscious about their bodies and I'm in total agreement. I mean, I can understand wanting to excersize to stay fit and healthy, but it is possible to go overboard. I don't work out accept dancing around my house and gym class and I'm in good health.
I also have some questions for anyone who may be able to tell me the answers:
Just out of curiosity, does Shannen have any siblings?
Any new movies in the works?

I have to sing 2 songs for my audition. One from Footloose and one of my own choosing. Most likely it'll be Let's Hear it for the Boy by Deniece Williams from the movie and Do What You Have to Do by Sarah McLauchlin. How do they plan to make a musical of Footloose? Well, anyway, I really hope I get a part. Then I'll get to act and sing. Not a lead part tho. just like a supporting role. lol.
I went swimming in gym today (yes, swimming is a gym activity at my school) and my, what good exercise!

OK. I auditioned both days. It was singing and dancing...strangely no acting I think I did pretty good. I had a bit of a cold though so I hope it didn't effect my singing too much. We won't know how we did until next week, I guess.
